I tried a number of tools out, but everything was too complex or limited in scope...
What I finally ended up doing to run an ANI on a vfp form is to set the form's mouseicon to the ANI, mousepointer = 99, and use MOUSE CLICK AT to get the ANI to display on the small loading form while doing an EXE file copy. Just about have it all together now, just needs a little fine tuning...
