Try this, but it only seems to work from the command window if you have the debugger in its own window. Haven't tried otherwise,

RELEASE WINDOW DEBUG OUTPUT
ACTIVATE WINDOW "DEBUG OUTPUT"

The debugger will then popup and the window should be cleared. (Sorry, Foxtools not needed here).
