Then create 2 seperate forms, one the splash form, the other the help form. I know there is a better way of doing this, but with my limited experience this is the only alternative. Perhaps you could use the same form, pass it a parameter to change it to "As Top Level" when it's instanciated? Let me know what you come up with, I'll be watching this one.
