Among a lot of other things, Stonefield Database Toolkit (SDT) can repair this error. SDT includes a utility to repair corrupted PJX, SCX, FRX, and MNX files. If you'd like to confirm that it'll do this, email me your PJX and PJT files, I'll repair them, and email them back to you.
