Are you saying that it can't or that the focus shifts to another control? In any event, if possible, I'd suggest that you sub-class the control, and, depending on the version that the application is running under, use either the 5.0 or 6.0 version. I do this in Obj2Bmp (in the download section) and haven't heard anything like this.
