Good question. Haven't tried it with the FLL. There is a RAWPRINT.VCX in the Files section that is suppossed to be able to do it, and I apologize, but that is the one that can print directly from a memvar (unlike the FLL). In any case, we haven't bothered to check printer status from inside VFP -- got out of the habit due to the problems with Windows always returning .T. Anyhow, check out the VCX and see if that works for you.
