I found that we have to install a part of VSI (about 1.3 meg) if using Windows 95/98/NT 4.0 computers (that didn't installed Office 2000).

You will find on the first CD of Office 2000 (and maybe elsewhere) a folder called MSI. In this folder, you have 2 files:
-INSTMSI.EXE = for Windows 95/98
-INSTMSIW.EXE = for Windows NT 4.0

Run the right installation file for you and your .MSI file will then be recognized!
