Hi,

How can a text control that is dropped on a form be formatted on input?

For example when adding fields to a table within a database using Access 97 we can use the input mask definition:

!\(999") "000\-0000

The above can be used to input a telephone number entry into the table. The actual length of the telephone field remains 10 characters.

How can I use something similar in a text control entry on a form?
I have not seen a property which can do this?

Thank you

John
