The new Multithreaded DLL only applies to VFP COM servers. It has nothing to with the number of users accessing a VFP database simultaneously.

VFP is not a client server database. It is a file server database optimized for LANs and single user systems. Running within it limits it will provide faster data access than a SQL database. If you want client server you'll have to move to SQL Server.
