I'm pretty sure it's right for a couple of reasons. First, the Time Zone page of the Date/Time dialog shows it as -5:00 for Eastern Time. Second, my son was in the U.K. earlier this month. We had to calculate the best time for him to call. The difference was also that he was 5 hours ahead of us.
