I've found that if you don't issue a DELETE TAG ALL on the table, that the .CDX has a nasty habit of growing. I don't kow if this was fixed in later vesions, but when you DO get Fox for windows, just don't issue a REINDEX, you'll need to do something like store the names of the tables in a table along with a MEMO field that has the INDEX expressions. You can then use macro evaluation to reindex the files. Otherwise, you might find out that your .CDX files get rather large. This is what I found out anyway.
