If you get the contract, and the target environment is Windows98 or 2000, why wouldn't you put Windows98 in your development environment? As it is, VFP6 in order to run under Windows95 requires several patches which are installed when VFP is installed such as DCOM98 for example. If you are able to move on in the Windows world, you probably should as the problems you encounter developing in Windows95 may not be problems under Windows98 which will be your target anyway.
