Someone here had a lawyer write it up for them and they were nice enough to make it available in the files section. I didn't need it until now. I figured it'd make a nice base licensing agreement to start from. It would probably save me some money if the lawyer didn't have to write a brand new one.

It looks like it was removed. I did a search on "sample contract" and there are several references to it being in the files section. Try emailing one of the sysops to see if they know what happened.
