I would like to create a cursor that does not allow duplicates for a certain field.

I know that I can use 'Unique'. This works great, however I do not want the error message to be displayed when a duplicate is trying to be inserted into the table. I would rather that the duplicate record trying to be inserted is just not saved but I don't want to get the error message.

Is this possible?
