There is an excellent FREE tool for doing this. It is called HotSend. It is implemented as a printer driver. You print the report to this printer and it creates either (your choice) an EXE or an HOT file. If your intended reciepent has the HotSend Viewer (also FREE), you can send the HOT file. Otherwise, you can send the EXE, it has the viewer embedded.
