But now I'm trying to create a new class also called application from custom base class and gets the following error message: A member object with this name already exist. What shall I do? My class must be named Application becouse i'm going to create a DLL-COM out of some standard specifications for this object...

Just ran into the same problem. Was this a change in SP3? I've had classes named application before and have no problems. In fact, I can edit one class without any error. This class came from the TasTrade example where they also use Application.
Any ideas?
