I am preparing an approximate budget for the Sept 2000 Devcon in Miami. I have some questions, numbered for ease of response.

1)Does anyone know any budget hotels in Miami Beach near the Hilton?

2)I am searching for flights on Yahoo Travel and I can save a bundle if I fly into the Fort Lauderdale airport (24 miles away) instead of the Miami airport. How far away is Miami airport from Miami Beach is it about the same as the Fort Lauderdale airport?

3)Also, how far away is Miami from Miami Beach?

4)I stay 1 or 2 miles from the conference site, would this impair my Devcon experience academically or entertainment wise?
