What if you place the Word document in a read-only folder on the server? Or put a modification password on it?
>In our case, you're right, the user will be able to do whatever they want with the text and that is good, but after the document is approved, (Technical Information about a product), if there are any changes to the document, there has to be a revision # change. (We are ISO 9002 Certified and must keep track of changes of all kinds.)
