LOL! We have 2 jokes running around here on the subject:
- You have more chance finding a Quebec licence plate in Florida in winter than a Florida one
- Summer last 2 weeks

I don't know about Toronto. They don't have much snow and when they have some, they don't know what to do about it! (Reference to last year snow storm that left the city paralized for days) :)
