Retire?
Seriously, we are among the lucky few who get to work at what most of us LOVE. We may morph what we are doing, but you are always as good as you want to be. Only downside to aging is: it get's harder to lift the new monitor out of it's box < bg>, and we do tend to develop lives that take some time away for coding.
