I'm using VFP5.0a and i have the same problem with yours. What i do is instead of copying it into an excel file , copy it as a text file like , copy to filename type sdf , then all your records will be save as a ttext file. Open this text file from an EXCEL application and manually set all columns(fields) into a text format. Copy to ... type xls has a limitation of 16,000 records in a dbf file.
