Hi Rick,

I'm afraid that the MS KB article isn't 100% accurate (at least IMHO).

The problem that I have is that it indicates that all EXEs and DLLs exhibit this behavior. This isn't correct. It only applies to OLE Automation servers. The problem seems to be connected specifically with the statement "OLEPUBLIC" that must be used in creating a server.

I've checked several of my normal (no OLE) EXEs, built under VFP 6.0 SP 3, and they have a version tab, and AGETFILEVERSION() works fine.
