There seems to be a few ways.

1) Craig Bernston watchs the UT for wishes and forwards them to the Foxteam
2) Email the foxteam at FoxWish@microsoft.com
3) Put your wish on the www.foxwiki.org
4) Click the documents icon on the top left.
