I don't agree with that. It doesn't cost more to produce a banner with same size English and French.

What could cause problem, is that, in general, French require more words than English to say something. So they may have to make the font smaller than the English version to make the text enter in the same area than the English one.

Even if French is written in tiny characters, so what? Go shop elsewhere if you are not satisfied.
