The CHM file can be opened from the desktop, so I agree the probelm is with the Foxpro HTML runtime engine. I tried using REGSVR32.exe to manually register the hhctrl.ocx, but it did not seem to change anything.
It definately seems like something is not registered on the client PC, but I can not determine what? When I press F1 or select Help from the menu, nothing happens. At least if I was getting an error message, I would have a "clue" of what to look at. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.
