Two ways. If you see I'm one of the user's in the system, the icon to the right of my name (which looks like the users in the system icon) can be clicked to send a private message. If I'm not just click on my name from one of my posts (there are enough the things< g >), or from one of the reports. You'll see "Send Private Message in the upper left corner of this frame.
