>As the others have told you, not without changing the default directory. The Common Dialogs ActiveX control has an InitDir property for its ShowOpen and ShowSaveAs methods. They produce dialogs that are basically the same ones that GETFILE() and PUTFILE() are.

I've noticed a strange thing: if I set in Common Dialog MultySelect flag and set InitDir, when I choose my files the directory remains the same directory and I need to set default to my previous path explicitly. Is there a bug or it works as it should work?
