Is SET DELETE ON?

>I have a combobox that I populate on the fly with AddListItem from a cursor. Say the cursor has three items and I go through a process that eliminates on of the items. The process to populate kicks in and adds the two items with AddListItem but when I view it there are three items and the last is duplicated. Any ideas?
