On the other hand, there's more to it than CPU, RAM and OS. Graphic board makes a big difference, so does the hard disk.

Example: at work I have a PII-400, 128Mb, Win98, ATI Rage IIc running at 800x600x24bit. At home I have a PII-266, 128Mb, WinNT 4.0 SP5 Workstation, ATI XPert@Work AGP running at 1280x1024x24bits. My home PC is waaaaay faster than the PC at work - especially when it comes to fulldrag!
