I have a grid with 5 columns:

SKU Desc Qty Cost Extension

Access to the grid is controlled by an 'ADD' button.
The 'valid' method of the Cost column(text1) calc. the extension and exits the grid.

Everything works fine the first time through, however, subsequent 'Adds' result in the Cost column receiving the focus upon entering the grid. I have tried setting focus to the Sku column from the 'valid' of the Add button, the LostFocus of the Add button and the When of the Grid with no success.

Using VFP30 and Win95 - Client using Win3.11

I'm spinning my wheels so any help would be great.
