I have not found a way to use the caption property directly to do what you want, however, by placing your code the refresh() method of the form it works very well.

Caption property:
Active Invoice

Refresh() method:

THISFORM.CAPTION = 'Active Invoice - '+TRIM(owner.ln)+', '+TRIM(owner.fn)
