Victor,
Do take a look at Menachem Bazian's book, as he shows how to populate an Excel worksheet from a FoxPro table and some good stuff about being sure there is not another instance of Excel running. You can copy and paste his sample code if necessary. Basically, you will send the data from each field in a record to an appropriate cell in the worksheet.

With the number of records you are sending to Excel, it is important to test the number of records to the limits of the version of Excel you are using.

The July 1999 FoxPro Advisor had two articles covering COM.
