Couldn't be easier. You use them just like your plain old garden variety check boxes. You just change the style (under the layout tab of the property sheet) from 0-standard to 1-graphical. Then you can assign different bmps for picture (when the check box is unselected), DownPicture (when it is selected), and DisabledPicture.
