I have one user at a site who receives

"MSMAPI32.OCX was unable to to register itself in the System Registry."

when attempting to install my software. Other users do not have the problem and as far as I can see, his machine does not differ from theirs substantially (although the system is Danish, which is a little awkward as I don't speak Danish).

Any ideas?

I know I can get him to try "regsvr32 FullPathOfOCX" (which I will do) but I'm guessing that this will fail too....
