I've followed the Dev Guide as close as I can but I can't seem get the Security Tab during dev time by right clicking on the object and selecting Builder.

* MMCntrls.dbf exist in my TTS.DBC
* MMSecure.dbf exist in my TTS.DBF
* SECURITYDBC_NAME Key exist in AppIncl.dbf
* \tts\data\tts.dbc exist in AppIncl.string field
* \tt\data\tts.dbc exit in MetaDBC.CLocalDBC
* LSecuritySetup = .T.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm missing. You help would be greatly appreciated.
