In the pre-sales stuff for Windows 98, I remember them talking about a new tool in Windows 98. It allowed you to create a set of commands that would run on your PC in Windows 98 and access other programs. For example, you could program it to open Corel WordPerfect, open a file, copy a section of text, then switch over to Microsoft Word, open a file, and paste the section it.

NOTE: It may have required Basic or C++ to create the list of commands; I'm not sure.

It's not readily accessible and Windows Help doesn't seem to be helpful. I can't find it with any of the keywords I'm using. Does anybody out there know the tool I'm referring to?
