Hello,

I noticed in Rick's book that he says a minimum of 200Mhz Pentium for web development -- Is this a physical or mental limitation. I have a older Dell 100Mhz running NT 4.0 with 96MB ram -- I know it is slow, but can I still do web devevlopment on it? Budget is tight for the next couple of months.

I am signed up for his web training and the double impact tour in Orlando at the end of the month. Of course I won't have much time to pre-learn much (either 6.0 or web stuff -- just use 5.0a now). Probably be lost all three days.
