The entire book is available in HTML Help file format. Buy the book from www.hentzenwerke.com and you can download the CHM files free. Once extracted, you can burn this onto a CD [which is what I did]. Even if you only want the electronic version, the price is the same, you just get both. What you do with the actual printed version is up to you.
