Where can I learn about this since VFP5.0's manuals are not to good?

We will be getting MS SQL Server but my boss want's me to start developing now and upsize later. (I should never have mentioned upsizing wizard to him.)

I will be importing into VFP, parsing the data, and sending the data to MS SQL Server.

Any ideas.
