What is the corresponding setting for your objects in IIS? Maybe it works only when you set the unload time to zero in IIS (it means that it must be kept in memory forever)?

I set it to 3 minutes and the COm server unloaded in 9-10 minutes anyway. I then set it to 30 minutes and the COM server unloaded in 9-10 minutes. I does not seem to affect this at all. So I'm not sure what it does affect.
