First off, I have to agree with Jim B. that MS support for VFP appears to be stronger than ever before. He mentioned seeing that firsthand at Microsoft recently; I was there with him and I saw it too.

Look at this logically....is GM ever going to stop selling trucks because more people buy and use cars? Doubtful. It makes no sense for MS to dump support for VFP anytime soon. This MS individual you mention is misinformed or following some sort of hidden agenda of his own.
