>>>I would like to enable my menu shortcuts (i.e.-Ctrl+S to Save) on my modal forms as well. I tried trapping them in the KeyPress of the form (with KeyPreview set to true) but that didn't work. The KeyPress event didn't trigger for these keys. How can I accomplish this?

>I looked at article #KB0007. Is this the right one? I don't think it answers my question. What I want to know is, if my user hits CTRL+S, how can I call my Save method if the menu is disabled?

Define another menu with the same functionality. You don't need to display the menu, just have it defined in memory.
