Whi8le in the fomr designer there is a Tab Order option on the View menu. There are two ways the tab ordering can be done and you choose the one you want in the Tools-Options dialog on teh Forms page.

1) Interactive, with this one when you select Tab order form the view menu each object will have a number near it representing its position in the tab sequence. You set the tab order by clicking the object to be first and then hold shift while you click each object in the order you want them.

2) By List, which works exactly the same as the tab ordering you used in 2.x
