Thanks for your response. I have formated pages to scan eg invoices of clent. and i want to put the data from that. So my capture area is always pre-defined. so i think this will work if we have the formated pages.

My experience is that it is slow and very inaccurate. Results will vary depending on the software used and quality of image being scanned. Certain font types seem to work better than others, but someone will still need to proof the text afterwards.
