Thanks Barbara.

I'm going to look into the Print Preview issue (I think there is/was a problem w/that? I'm using VFP 6.0 SP3).

He does exit my app...is there anything else I can do to "clear out memory" other than having him reboot?

I did suggest to him that he reboot at the end of his day, as he's leaving (so he doesn't have to wait for the system to come up).
