Harry,
What is the code on your function key? Is it possible that your have a limiting value in this code such as

Report form MyReport NEXT 1

on the function key code?

Also, in your KeyPress did you remember to add 'nodefault' to the code before calling the function key code?

> Thanks for all your quick suggestions. I have tried all. It is the first record being printed. Finally I have sorted out what causes the problem. All I have mentioned are not the casues. It is the function key to be blamed. When I click the print button all results are consistently correct. But when I use the preset function key all are consistently incorrect. I have used function key in most of my project with no problem. I wonder why there is a problem now. I have change the KeyPreview to .T. and add necessary coding to keyPress event. I would be grateful to receive suggestions with respect to this problem.
