Does anyone know the cause of the 1502 error message that is sometimes returned from a Tableupdate()? I am getting this error on a single user system under VFP 5.0. The documentation says that the record cannot be updated because it is in use! Of course it is in use, otherwise I would not want to be attempting to update it. The table that is returning the message is opened with Optimistic Table buffering, although this does not seem to make a difference. I need to get this figured out pretty quick. I have a work around where my error handler does a forced Tableupdate(.t.,.t.), but that is not the ideal solution. Thanks in advance for any help I can get.
