In the past I have used VFP to control and populate
cells in an Excel spreadsheet.

Would it be faster to create a VFP table, invoke
Excel and have the COM object load the data to the
spreadsheet? I do not use Excel much, so I don't
even know where to put the COM object and kick it off.
Does anyone have an example of such an animal?
