Hmm, that still would not help as the files are created randomly and not in order by hip number, which is the order I wanted to see them.

The ahorse.dbf table was created from an array which was made up from the files in a folder. These files were word perfect documents (pedigrees of horses to be sold). The name of the word perfect file corresponds to the name of the horse.

We want to take the word perfect files and move them to a program called collage which combines them into one big file.

It just seemed it would be easier if the files, there are almost 1700 of them, could be viewed in the order they were added to the folder, which should be hip number, based on the program used to copy them to the folder.
