You might try and see if you can search for this. I was very surprised to find out that somebody that didn't "know" any better was able to run a VFP app from the server drive if the necessary runtime dlls were available in the same server directory. I have never seen this myself, but others here confirmed it would work. I also vaguely remember a stern warning from somebody who knew why this worked as to why it was a very bad idea. I could be wrong, but I want to say Craig B participated in that thread.

I would test, but I don't have access to any machines that don't have the runtime installed.
